Monster Energy Drink - Absolutely Zero 500ml

Monster Energy Drink delivers twice the buzz of a regular energy drink. A combination of high levels of caffeine and B vitamins helps fight fatigue and improve alertness.

DOSAGE:
One 500 ml can of Monster Energy Drink contains 160 mg of caffeine, equivalent to two cups of coffee (80 mg per cup). According to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) scientific opinion on caffeine safety (2015), a daily intake of up to 400 mg (approximately two and a half 500 ml cans or five cups of coffee) is considered safe for the average healthy adult.
