Customers purchase online and collect their order at our store — it's fast, free, and ensures your coffee is freshly prepared for you.

How It Works

• Shop online at spencercafe.store and add items to your cart.

• Complete your purchase securely online via our Shopify checkout.

• Receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment.

• We will prepare your order and send a "Ready for Collection" notification.

• Visit us at 9 Spencer Rd, Salt River, Cape Town, 7925 during collection hours with your confirmation.

• Collections times Monday-Saturday 7-4

Orders placed outside of trading hours will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY 

Spencer® is committed to making our products as accessible as possible to coffee lovers across South Africa and beyond. 

For orders within major cities in South Africa we use a courier service. Please allow 2 - 5 working days from receipt of payment to receive your order. 

• Flat Rate (main cities in South Africa) – R95 for Door to Door delivery 
• Free shipping on local orders over R650 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We love for our coffee to travel as far as possible. If your country is not on the list at checkout, then please contact us directly so we can discuss if it’s possible.
